After receiving financial approval, it is time to install your metal building. Direct Metal Structure schedules the delivery and installation at your convenience. Whether you get the help of experts or install your building yourself, it is an exciting part!

Payments
Now, you can enjoy your new metal structure. With that, you have to make a deposit and make your first monthly payment. Your monthly minimum payments will begin automatically right from the day of installation. These payments will continue for the duration of your lease.
To take advantage of this promotion, you have 90 days to pay the full balance of your building. If you do not pay your building off within 90 days, your monthly payments will continue at the agreed-upon amount stated in the lease contract.
