UPDATE: I wish I could give them 10 STARS! The crew arrived on time this morning. It took them about 3 hours to add my new boat cover to my 10yr old metal garage. It turned out better than I hoped! They definitely exceeded my expectations! Please see the attached pics showing start to finish. After I ordered it from Misty, she was very responsive to my questions & revisions! 10 STARS for Misty Hall too! So far so good. Ordered on 8/18/2023 and installed on 9/21/2023. Less than the 6 weeks they said it could take. Everyone at Direct Metal Structures was very friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. And the big thing, they answered their phones even after I gave them my deposit. I had additional questions after I ordered a 40" RV carport and everyone I talked to was very helpful.
