Truly had a great experience with this company. I was a little suspicious buying something this big online, but the whole process was smooth and straight forward. Nelson worked with me to get more shed than I planned due to the specials that were available at the time. We are in a high snow area, so he ensured we had the 12 gauge and 4 feet on center construction. Daniel and his crew were excellent during construction. Truly a professional installation down to the last detail.

I had an occasion to deal with this company and I order RV port which require me to put approximately $1000 deposit and that’s on the contract before I did my homework. I check with the Town If I need a permit to put it up, which I never did, that was my mistake. I contact the company. I explained what happened and that try to get back My deposit, she informed me to send the deny letter from the Town and we will reimburse you deposit. She was very proud very professional was a young lady a name kendall The company service manager she was excellent service. She refunded me all my deposit no issue whatsoever. She was very polite. Above and beyond!! Everyone I came in contact with at DMS had a positive and helpful attitude especially Jeff Redding who made the design process so simple with his knowledge and experience of their product. It was like I had a good friend in the industry to walk me through the process and not just some commission hungry salesman. All questions were answered clearly and thoroughly with no hidden surprises anywhere along the process from designing to getting the keys handed to me. The building crew was absolutely amazing at doing their job even in the 95+ degree heat and impressed with how clean they left the job sight when finished. Thank you everyone! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in the market!

We really needed a carport because of lack of shade. Our cars were like entering saunas. The sun was also doing a number on the leather in my car. I called several places for estimates and found Direct Structures not only the lowest in costs, but also had the friendliest sales people and a structure crew that knew how to get down to business!! They showed up exactly when they said they would and they were so hardworking! They didn't let the shale rock under our driveway get the best of them. They stayed with it until the job was done right. We are as pleased as can be with both the sales and service. So happy we did this and highly recommend that you get happy, too!

I had a great experience when pricing out my garage. Right from the start, I was contacted quickly by Matt after doing the 3D graphics online. Matt was up front and very helpful.
