Lexy called me back and set me up with a turnkey price. I checked with other distributors and no one was available to give me a better price. I called direct metal structure for a quote on a large building. Brandy picked up and welcomed me. I was just through the main dimension n doors. About ready to ask for suggestions in upgrades , when she texted a beautiful building to my phone. Brandy asked “how does that look so far”. I responded that you took the picture right out of my mind! From there on I was thinking a quote probably wouldn’t be today but the more details we talked about, at the same time she was sending me the examples of all the details we were going over by text n YouTube walk through by the companies previous builds. Next thing I know a quote is sent. Brandy told me that there will be no hidden charges, just a couple of agreed needs by there builders. So I got my wife involved at that point in the conversation so Brandy n wife could talk. Of course the more we all talk the changes happened. So after several quote following different needs and several new drawings texted to phones, we signed paperwork and gave deposit all over the phone. All from a little town in Mayberry!! Kat, ext. 111, or "Kitty" as I accidentally called her was great to work with from the start of the process. Unlike other companies I called she was very responsive when I had questions or wanted to change my project. She is also a pro at their cad system used to design their buildings as she would have the proposal sent to me before I could even hang up the phone! Did some shopping and spoke with Juan Morales @ extension 117. He was extremely helpful putting package together that met all the criteria I was looking for and kept it at a great budget fitting number for a 20x20x9 metal building with 8x8 roll up door, standard entry door and windows as well as installed on concrete pad. He worked hard to earn my business and I was happy to give him my business. Don't forget to get your permits. Waiting for pad form tomorrow and then inspection, then pour, sets in couple day and then the steel building. Very happy with follow up by Juan and looking forward to seamless project.

Other than long lead time and some slight delays in scheduling, very pleased with price, purchase, quality and installation of my 22 x 40 structure.
