Direct Metal Structure - Pricing Disclaimer
Direct Metal Structure work with a network of manufacturers from the Southern United States, Northern United States, and Floridan United States to find the right solution and price for your project. Our building experts will take the time to get to know your requirements, limitations, and budget, helping you understand the scope, implications, and trade-offs of your choices before sharing the competitive pricing quote. With the best offers based on your need, location, and budget, we’ll guide you through the complete building process to ensure you’re comparing apples-to-apples before deciding on your dream metal building.
*Please note that the initial price quote you receive is just the base price. There are many other costs that must be considered in order to get an accurate estimate of the total project cost.
We want to be completely transparent with our pricing so our customers know what to expect. Please be aware that our prices can change due to several factors. These include, but are not limited to:
1. Changes in the current market price of steel: The price of steel is constantly changing due to global market conditions. If the price of steel goes up, the cost of your metal building can also increase.
2. Your geographical location: The metal building prices vary with the location. It depends on the provider and his reach. If your distance is high from the manufacturer, then the transportation cost will appear with the building cost. Installers face problems during erection if your area has terrible weather, and you will be charged for the extra labor.
3. Building size you choose: The size of your metal building will affect the price. Larger buildings require more material and labor, which further increases the cost more than smaller buildings.
4. Building style: The building style you choose will also change the cost of your structure. A carport will cost you less than a garage. Garages are closed structures which require more material than carports, which increases the overall structure cost.
5. Customization features: The more customization features you add to your metal building, the higher the price will be.
6. Roof styles: The type of roof you choose for your metal building will also affect the price. A vertical roof style is designed for inclement weather conditions, which is more expensive than horizontal and regular roofs.
7. Building certification: A certified metal building is a structure that has been designed according to the highest standards of quality by keeping building gauge, roof style, and foundation anchors in mind. It also means the structure meets appropriate local building codes (keep in mind these codes may vary from one area to another, so make sure you know your local building codes). A certified building goes through extensive testing to ensure that it can withstand heavy amounts of precipitation and strong winds. This may vary your building cost.
8. Foundation: We do not provide groundwork or any foundation work; to have it done, you need to pay a local contractor nearby.
9. Metal building kits: Do you have construction skills and experience? Then you may be able to erect your own steel building and save thousands of dollars. By doing so, you can reduce construction costs.
10. Insulation: Many people require insulation in their metal buildings. This may increase the cost of your building.
The buyer is responsible for all of these costs, so it is important to be aware of them before starting the project.
We understand that pricing is important to our customers, so we will always work to give you the most accurate quote possible. However, please be aware that our prices are subject to change, and we cannot guarantee that the quote you receive will be the same as the final price. If you have any further concerns related to your building, do give us a call at 888-277-7950, and we will be happy to help you.
