Direct Metal and in particular Dirk were awesome in helping me through my custom project. I spoke to several metal building company's before reaching out to Direct Metal, their ability to adapt to our particular needs, along with price, and their personality was the reasons I eventually went with Direct Metal. If you decide to give them a call, definitely ask for Dirk he is very knowledgeable and friendly, tell him Chris sent you and he'll hook ya up! Their install subcontractor has reached out to us in a very timely manner, and was very easy to talk to in setting up install. We are still waiting for the frost to get out of the ground to start on our foundation and then eventually the install, I will be back after install with our finial review. But as for now Dirk & Direct Metal get a 5 star. CK

Ryan and Lexy were a pleasure to work with, as they streamlined the process and alleviated any stress. Their extensive knowledge enabled them to provide valuable guidance while securing the optimal price. Interacting with them was akin to conversing with a dear friend.
Lexi was the best. Let’s just say, she made something that wouldn’t be that fun, a lot of fun. Enjoyed ordering my building from her. Putting up with me while working takes a lot of patiences and she didn’t give up on me and worked with me late in the evenings to get my building like I needed and wanted. Give that girl a raise she deserves it.
I just want to say Dirk is the man. He did everything in his power to try and make my building work. He was even willing to sacrifice some of his commission to make it work. He is a fantastic person to work with and I am sorry to say it didn't work out for this transaction due to some size and cost issues but I will definitely recommend him if an opportunity arrives.

From Start to finish, Jeff assisted me with finalizing my metal garage design from size to color scheme. He even educated me on the incentives his company had and how long they would be available. He even let me know why the incentives were present due to Trump’s Terrifs.
