At Direct Metal Structures, we are committed to customer satisfaction and transparency. Customers may request a cancellation or refund of the deposit amount within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of order placement. Due to the custom-fabricated nature of our metal buildings, cancellations or refund requests made after this period cannot be honored. We encourage all clients to review their order details carefully and contact us promptly if they have any concerns.
