12x40 RV Cover

It is 12 feet wide, 40 feet long, and 13 feet tall at the eave. It suits travel trailers, fifth wheels, and motorhomes up to about 40 feet overall. Measure bumper to hitch or front bumper, not the advertised floor length.

It covers the body of most RVs with slides retracted, but it is a tight fit. If you want to open slide-outs or awnings under the roof, or need room for side mirrors, choose a wider cover like 18 feet.

It clears most travel trailers and many fifth wheels and motorhomes. Some Class A coaches stand over 13 feet with the AC unit, so measure your RV’s highest point. The opening is slightly lower than the eave at the corner braces.

It is open-ended as listed, with side panels optional. You can add one or both sides, gable ends, or fully enclose it.

The starting price is $5,855, with delivery and installation included. Extra width or height, side panels, certification, and your install ZIP code change the final price. Get an exact quote in Design Your Building or call 888-277-7950.
